This website is operated by RackYard Game Rooms, a trade name of Graniso & Santos LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy.

Products and information

We sell products made by third-party manufacturers. We work to show product details, dimensions, colors and prices accurately, but photos may be representative, colors can vary between screens, and manufacturers may change specifications without notice. Please check the product dimensions against your space before ordering. Contact us if you have any questions about a product before you buy.

Pricing and errors

Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may correct the error and cancel any affected order, with a full refund of any amount paid, even after we have sent an order confirmation.

Orders and verification

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the item ships. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, for example if a product is no longer available, if we cannot verify your payment or identity, or if we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping, returns and warranties

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where one is offered, and we will help you file warranty claims with the manufacturer. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Assembly, installation and use

You are responsible for making sure your room, floor and access can support the product, and for following the manufacturer's assembly, installation, safety and use instructions. Installation services, when offered, are performed by independent installers. Supervise children around heavy games and equipment.

Payment disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, we will provide our order records, communications and delivery confirmation to the payment provider.

Use of the site

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation. All content on this site, including text, logos, graphics and the RackYard Game Rooms name, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some laws do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court where eligible.
